Discount Rehab Estimates

The first contact between an investor or property owner is offering a written estimate to bring the damaged property up to the living standards that comply with city and state building code standards. At a standard cost, the estimate will provide a written report as to the condition of the property for rehabilitation with photos.

Contract Management

Contract manager is then assigned to oversee and help control the cost of the discount rehab. The contact manager manages the rehabilitation, provides construction input and supervision, and makes payment to the contractor when work is completed. Their responsibility is to ensure the work that was contracted is completed to city and state code standards before any remuneration is paid to the contractor.

Property Management

A written agreement between the property owner, investor and the property management company outlines the care and maintenance of the property. This agreement will vary with every property owner and investor.
